St Pattie’s Day!

Five Month's Old!

Thomas turned five months old today!
He loves to be bounced on our knees like this!
And he thinks he is such a big boy!
His fifth month birthday he was full of smiles!
He won't eat cereal at all so we decided to try pudding...and he loved it!
Normally he doesn't like his carseat but today he was ready to go!
He LOVES bath time, the only time he cries is when we take him out of the tub!
Walking all over Daddy!
Always knew those yearbooks were good for something!
He is reaching out for everything now and loves playing with toys that hang overhead.

Such a big guy, he scoots all over the place but isn't quite crawling yet.

Although he doesn't like sitting here and waiting to eat he thinks the toys are pretty neat.
Very cool.
He fights sleep so hard, but passes out hard when he goes!

Loves his jumperoo but his little legs aren't quite long enough!
Everything is funny first thing in the morning!
He is growing so much! It is amazing how one day he can't do something and the next day he acts like he has been doing it all along! He is in a great mood every morning, just wakes up smiling!

We started him on cereal, which he wouldn’t eat so we offered him some chocolate pudding…he would have eaten the whole container if we would have let him! We decided to wait a while on the cereal and started him on vegetables instead, which he likes ok.

He is teething right now and you can feel a tooth trying to come in on his top gum, so we go through a lot of teething tablets!

He is reaching out and grabbing for everything, and is trying to hold his own bottle. He pushes our hands away, but isn’t coordinated enough most of the time to balance it so feeding him is quite comical at times!

He loves ‘tummy time’ now and is trying as hard as he can to crawl, but mostly ends up ‘swimming’ on the ground. He scoots and rolls all over the place though and is starting to try and pull his knees up under him. We know he would love his walker or jumperoo and he does spend some time in them, but his little legs can’t quite reach the ground yet!

He is so incredible and we have such a great time with him…he really is perfect in every way!

Trip to the Fire Department

Every time we have been to the fire station we always forget out camera, but I took Thomas up there the other day and Ronnie showed him around the station!

Easter

We had a great Easter! We went to both sets of grandparents. The Easter Bunny did bring Thomas some goodies, but we are looking forward to him being able to hunt eggs next year! When I was getting him dressed I put him down on the bed before I buttoned up his shirt and he just grinned up at me like he was Mr. GQ!
