Thomas has turned into such a big boy!
He started pre-school last week, and absolutely loved it! The teachers said he did great, and he came home full of stories about his new friends. It is a perfect time for him to start, because he is really interested in letters right now. He loves to sing the alphabet song, but he also likes to be told the names of letters when he sees them somewhere. He is starting to recognize quite a few on his own. This morning he brought me a branch from the yard, excited because it was in the shape of a T for Thomas.
He still loves to read books, and several times throughout the day brings us a stack of books to read. He also likes to read to us, and flips through the pages and tells us what is going on in them.
He is an incredibly social kid, and loves having friends over or going on play dates. Sometimes he will ask for specific kids, and other times he will just ask if he can play with friends. He loves being outside, and bounces between the pool, trampoline and swing set. His favorite thing right now is to ride his tricycle. He has really mastered it, and cruises around the yard pretty well.
Thomas has turned into a chatterbox and talks nonstop from the minute he pops out of bed telling us he slept good until he goes to sleep at night asking us to snuggle him. He is constantly using words that surprise me, and using them correctly.
He is such an amazing little man, and he makes every day an amazing new adventure with his questions, ideas and energy!
