The zoo, parks, having our new house built, splash parks,
Andy Alligators, VBS, playdates with friends, time with our families, museums,
basketball -- summer of 2014 flew by!
Thomas loved playing basketball, and got really good at
dribbling by the time the season was over.
He learned how to tie his shoes, is getting pretty good at riding a bike
(with training wheels) and has nineteen sight words down so we had a productive
and fun summer. Thomas had to have
another eye surgery (hopefully the last one!) in July but bounced back fast. August 13th was his first day of
kindergarten! He was a little nervous at
first, but loves it now. It was
definitely harder on us to have him gone all day than it was on him.
We had a blast this summer and are sorry to see it end, but
so excited about everything coming up this fall!
